Lusail Winter Wonderland is seeking a **proactive and dependable Assistant Operations Supervisor** to support the daily management of our ride and game operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, this role involves supervising ride attendants, ensuring guest and team safety, and maintaining a fun and efficient park experience for all visitors.

This position is ideal for individuals with **1-2 years of leadership or ride operations experience** who are eager to grow into theme park management and contribute to a world-class entertainment environment.

**Job Title: Theme Park - Ride Operation Assistant Supervisor**

**Location: Lusail Winter Wonderland, Lusail, Qatar**

**Job Type: 6 months -extendable**

**Compensation: 16 QAR per hour**

**Availability: Immediate**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Operations Supervisor in leading and overseeing ride operators and attendants across assigned attractions.
- Manage daily staffing schedules, rotations, and breaks to ensure full operational coverage.
- Monitor ride performance and guest flow to maximize throughput and reduce wait times.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members, focusing on safety and guest service standards.
- Conduct spot checks for compliance with park safety procedures, cleanliness, and operational guidelines.
- Respond quickly and professionally to minor guest issues, operational disruptions, or ride downtimes.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Maintenance, Safety, Security, and Guest Services.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and incident documentation.
- Act as the supervisor on duty in the absence of the Operations Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in ride operations, theme park guest services, or a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of **ride safety protocols** and park operating procedures.
- Excellent **communication, leadership, and problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable providing feedback and enforcing performance standards.
- Must be available to work **flexible hours**, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- **High school diploma or equivalent** required; post-secondary education is an advantage.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to **stand, walk, and move** throughout outdoor areas for extended periods.
- Able to **lift and carry up to 30 kg**.
- Comfortable working in varying **weather conditions** (sun, rain, heat, cold).

**Work Environment**
- Combination of **outdoor and indoor attractions** within a high-volume amusement park.
- Team-oriented environment with frequent guest and staff interaction.
- **Working Hours**: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break).
