**CIVIL 3D DRAFTSMAN**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage systems, utilities, and site development.
- Interpret engineering sketches, technical specifications, and design requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain and update project drawing files and records.
- Generate quantity takeoffs and assist with project estimations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international drafting standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D** is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and drafting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Civil 3D Draftsman in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and GIS integration.
- Knowledge of local civil engineering codes and practices.
