**Job Purpose**:
To support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing catering supplies, ensuring timely availability of high-quality raw materials, packaging items, and equipment required for smooth catering operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing food, beverages, packaging materials, and catering-related supplies.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers, evaluate price comparisons, and prepare purchase requests.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to meet catering production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Support in vendor coordination, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Verify quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with store and quality teams.
- Assist in maintaining approved vendor lists and identifying new suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels of catering supplies and raise purchase orders as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and food safety standards.
- Prepare and submit procurement reports to the supervisor/manager.
