**Position Summary**

The **Procurement Assistant** will provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Department. You’ll be involved in sourcing materials, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure our projects are never short on what they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in sourcing materials, suppliers, and services based on project needs.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintain an accurate database of suppliers, prices, and products.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Support in negotiating prices and terms under supervision of the Procurement Manager.
- Help ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation requirements.
- Track inventory levels and raise requisitions as needed.
- Provide regular updates on order status and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles (experience in construction is a **plus**).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for keeping things on track and well-documented.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
