We are hiring for a Senior Estimator and a Quantity Surveyor, URGENTLY

1. Senior Estimator
Requirement:

- Experience in managing proposals and bids for Qatari companies like QE, QG, Ashghal, Qatar foundation
- Buildings and infrastructure experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- RICS Accredited
- Professional in Candy software
- Contract administration.
- 12 to 15 years of experience on the same designation and multi filed of operation (Civil, MEP, Arch).
- Must have UPDA.
- Based in Qatar.
- Can start immediately.

2. Quantity Surveyor

Requirement:

- RICS Accredited
- Professional in Candy software
- Proposals and bidding experience
- Megaprojects experience
- Contract’s administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering.
- 12 to 15 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- 12 to 15 years of experience on the same designation and multi filed of operation (Civil and MEP).
- Must have UPDA.
- Based in Qatar.
- Can start immediately.

Responsibility:

- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials.
- Set Budget for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Prepare contracts and documents.
- Prepare payment for contractors and subcontractors.
- Document progress, materials, and reports on the project.
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time to time.
