Gym Manager Female

**Overall job function**:
As the Gym Manager you will oversee the day to day operations of the Gym and ensure all services and products meet the brand guidelines and expectations of a luxury and modest Gym.

You will serve as an outstanding leader for the VO2 brand and the direct point of contact for all clients, staff and trainers: pertaining to classes, gym and personal training sessions. You should be sales driven, goal oriented and have great communication to Improve the standards, quality and delivery of our brand services to develop strong relationships elevating the partnerships, collaborations and overall VO2 experience.

**Role Description & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the business.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
- Analyze data from Glofox and client feedback to maximize the business profitability based on utilization & demand.
- General management of the Gym floor, Studio rooms & Clients.
- Conduct and lead on weekly management team meetings to foster an inclusive work environment that empowers employees creativity, speech and inclusion.
- Set and track clear monthly offers and targets for the team members.
- Create specific VO2 blueprints for class standards & class teaching guidelines.
- Actively take part in trainers classes to best guide with clear actionable feedback, areas of improvement, development plans and overall up-skill, help source and organize relevant training providers if necessary.
- Lead on Team training and employee development (for new classes or courses that support the business needs).
- Devise NEW classes based on demand, market changes & facilities/equipment offered by company.
- Manage the VO2 Class schedule, last minute covers, absences & holidays for full time and freelance trainers.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties: Operations, Management, Sales support.
- Assess & mentor existing trainers class productivity & profitability.
- Oversee Marketing, Sales, Performance departments.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly reports via Glofox on overall Gym utilization for CEO.
- Create quarterly strategies and implement protocols based and present to the CEO to boost Gym revenue and improve brand awareness.
- Report any maintenance issues to suppliers/contractors and resolve ASAP.
- Report any cleaning/hygiene issues to Clean Team supervisor / Operations Manager.
- Resolve all customer complaints in a timely fashion and with empathy & fairness.
- Report recurring client feedback or ideas for improvement to the CEO to be discussed and implemented as new strategies or policies.
- Oversee the front desk teams for success in customer service and improved standards.
- Implement clear targets for trainers / staff and managers.
- Complete performance reviews and performance improvement plans when needed.
- Report and ensure that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by clients; report accidents and prepare accident reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Fitness certifications are a must
- Experience in Health & Fitness.
- Experience in Managing a team is necessary.
- Should be available in Doha - Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Should have valid Resident Permit.
- Should be available to transfer Sponsorship.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
