**About the role**

We have vacancies for Staff Travel Coordinator within Staff Travel based in Doha, Qatar.

The Staff Travel Coordinator will supervise the staff travel office for smooth functioning and ensure internal processes are followed. Also, you will provide best service to QR Group staff and the Management.

**Your specific responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating with different department for Duty Travel, Joining, Interview, Training, DHC (Cabin and Cockpit crew) and group bookings.
- Provide best available route and connections for duty travel and Annual tickets which are beyond QR network and liaise with Travel agencies to arrange tickets cost effectively.
- Answer telephone queries along with other functions.
- Complete clearance process as per entitlements for staff leaving the company.
- Calculate and process refunds of tickets and class difference refunds.
- Prioritize work effectively and manager customer waiting time.
- Provide support to the team when required and capable to work under pressure.
- Handle cash collection, daily sales closing and ensure supporting documents are submitted to the finance team.

**About you**
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- IATA Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Have supervisor role experience
- Reservation and Ticketing Experience
- Strong experience in Amadeus reservation systems
- Itinerary planning and knowledge in geography
- Computer literate with basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
