We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our multi-disciplinary clinic. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide mental health services to individuals and families and work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake interviews, providing individual, group, and family therapy services, and supporting our adult vocational clients in integrating into society by helping them find employment opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct intake interviews to evaluate client needs and assist in developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to address mental health concerns using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with other multi-disciplinary team members, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
- Support our adult vocational clients in finding employment opportunities in their community by providing counseling and job search assistance.
- Provide case management services, including assessment, planning, and care coordination, to ensure clients receive appropriate services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes.
- Attend continued professional development workshops to stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of clinical social work.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in social work.
- Active licensure as a clinical social worker.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals and families.
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
