**Job Title: Cleaning & Housekeeping Supervisor**

**Location: Doha**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning and housekeeping staff.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new staff members on cleaning procedures and company standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities and staff performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Cleaning or Housekeeping Supervisor.**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to handle physical work and operate cleaning machinery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR10.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cleaning & Housekeeping: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Arabic, & Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (preferred)
