**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily sales operations across multiple stores, ensuring achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Plan and execute the opening of new retail outlets, including site selection, store layout, and team onboarding.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient store launches.
- Conduct regular visits to existing shops to evaluate operations, staff performance, inventory levels, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all locations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for store teams.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings.
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels at all locations.
- Monitor stock movement and take proactive measures to avoid overstocking or shortages.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clothing retail sales, including experience in opening and managing multiple retail outlets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations as required.

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
