**Position: Marketing Specialist**

**Location: Doha, Qatar**

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products and services for a company in Qatar.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach these customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to develop marketing materials and messaging that resonate with customers.

Manage the company's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords and social media ads.

Develop and manage events and sponsorships to promote the company's products and services.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make recommendations for improvements based on data and insights.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new marketing tactics and strategies to stay competitive.

Manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies, printers, and event organizers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in Qatar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic language skills would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
