KBS Group is an industry leader manufacturing of Building Construction material specialized in steel products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven, B2B Marketing Specialist in the manufacturing field who also brings creative graphic design expertise and a solid understanding of IT to help drive our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence.

**Job Summary**:
The B2B Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation in the B2B space. This role requires a unique combination of marketing knowledge of the industrial products, creative graphic design skills (especially with Adobe Illustrator), and a strong understanding of IT to support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Graphic Design & Content Creation**:

- Design visually compelling marketing materials such as brochures, catalogue, flyers, logo, presentations, data sheet, etc using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.
- Create multimedia content (videos, infographics, animations) to support campaigns and enhance engagement.

2. **Digital Marketing & IT Technical Skills**:

- Manage the company’s website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
- Execute PPC campaigns and monitor performance metrics, optimizing as needed to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma certificate in Graphic Design.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing B2B marketing, with a portfolio showcasing creative graphic design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Photography and video editing skills with software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
