**About the role**

To review and implement training plans and programs for company, industry and regulatory courses for Ground Services staff in order to achieve 5-star service delivery on the Ground. Monitor training deployment in order to

ensure that both mandatory and optional trainings are taken by the staff concerned, licensure are obtained on time, and such courses/trainings are adequately budgeted.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Plan and coordinate training programs for the staff, particularly looking at Service, Operational and Regulatory requirements which include Station startups and ground handling change.
- Check training requirements submitted by Ground handlers against established/agreed courses required by QR for GHA staff.
- Establish career-path training development scheme for positions in Ground Services as directed. Assure and measure progress of the management career-building plans.
- Assist stations and Ground Services Head office during Internal Audits.
- Integrate corrective actions of audits into future training.
- Monitor and control course requirements, re-training/refresher course of Ground Services staff.
- Recommend training/re-training in response to operational and service failures.
- Prepare and submit monthly training compliance reports to the Management.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

**Without a Degree**:
High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

**OR**

**With a Degree**:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience Essential.

**Preferred**

Similar capacity, preferably from an airline or hospitality/ hotel industry.

Job Specific Skills:

- Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented
- Must have excellent organizational ability to be able to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities/ work interruptions and meet deadlines.
- Must have good interpersonal skills
