- Should have Degree in Mechanical Engineering Bachelor its equivalent 2 years of experience structural fabrication factories.
- Mandatory CSWIP Welding Inspector certification is required.
- Should be aware of all QA/QC activities & documentations from starting of project to closing of project.
- Coordinate with client representative for carrying out the stage wise inspection as per the “Inspection and Test Plan” (ITP)
- Review of project specifications and qualifications of Nondestructive Testing (NDT) technicians according to requirements
- Ensure parts and material are inspected and measured without damaging & provide a balance between quality control and cost effectiveness
- Liaise with project managers to review the new requirements in the project and to prepare the procedure, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Plan, Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) & Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) requirements.
- Assigned in projects to monitor and maintain the work quality standards, and to help ensure that the successful coordination and satisfaction of client inspections
