Doha, Qatar People Dynamics Full time

Manages complex HR agenda (recruitment, manpower planning, organizational design, developing job descriptions, formulation and review of policies and procedures, contract preparation, etc.) with the line managers in the business unit
- Handles difficult situations in the business unit and trains managers in the employee relations
- Oversees HR administration in the business unit and solves difficult situations
- Implements the HR Strategy in close cooperation with line managers and the HR Business Partner
- Engages in different people management projects in the business unit
- Provides the instant feedback to line managers about their people management practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR
- Must have excellent English communication skills. Arabic fluency is an advantage.
- Must be able to juggle HR activities (recruitment, manpower planning, organizational design, developing job descriptions, formulation and review of policies and procedures, contract preparation, etc.) efficiently.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID
- Must be willing to work on a temporary/reliever basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
