**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute event logistics, including set-up and tear-down of the stage, props, and equipment
- Create and maintain a detailed stage management schedule, including cue sheets, running orders, and show scripts
- Oversee the stage during rehearsals and performances, ensuring all cues and technical elements are executed correctly and on time
- Coordinate with performers, crew members, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and professional production
- Communicate effectively with all team members, providing clear and concise instructions and updates
- Anticipate and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the event
- Maintain a safe and organized stage, ensuring all equipment and props are properly stored and maintained
- Attend production meetings and provide input on technical and logístical aspects of the event
- Ensure all stage equipment and props are in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising stage crew members as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in stage management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in theater, stage management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in stage management for live events, preferably in a large-scale production environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in stage management software and other relevant tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of technical aspects of stage production, such as lighting, sound, and set design
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred but not required
