1. Experience in handling EPIC projects from proposal to hand over project in Refinery, petrochemical, pipe line, Oil & Gas sector incl. Up and Down stream and Civil & Infrastructural projects.

2.Provide leadership in the development contract document and BOQ for all discipline as per “WBS”.

3.Established and advising on procurement strategy.

4.To maintain Contract / Subcontract document and data base.

5.To maintain material suppliers data base.

6.Prepare and provide support to procurement department to issue sub-contract enquires and assessment of quotations upon receipt.

7.Take of Quantities.

8.Advise and Implement “Best value” of procurement options in line with project requirement.

9.Participating procurement cost negotiation meetings and setup payment terms and keep same “ Contract Liability” in line the main contract.

10.Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
11.Providing advice on contractual claims

12.Allocating work to subcontractors as per the project requirement

13.Participating internal progress meetings for reviewing project progress and current cost position.

14.Conduct Value Management workshops with project teams.

15.Prepare invoices for valuing completed work and arranging payments & Change proposal.

16.Develop and Review change proposals for change in SOW and take corrective actions.

17.Capacity to Handle multiple projects
