Admin Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and logistics as needed.
- Prepare, review, and manage quotations and invoices for clients and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and organize files related to events, clients, and financial documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and resources.
- Handle additional administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Background in event planning or coordination is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of preparing and managing quotations and invoices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
