**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and logistics as needed.
  • Prepare, review, and manage quotations and invoices for clients and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize files related to events, clients, and financial documents.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and resources.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Background in event planning or coordination is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of preparing and managing quotations and invoices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
