We are seeking an experienced **Admin & Procurement Coordinator** to join our team in the **fit-out industry**. This dual role involves managing front office operations and coordinating procurement for interior fit-out projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist procurement Department.
- Maintain inventory, manage purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers.
- Support project teams in ensuring timely deliveries
- and carry out general Admin tasks.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in the fit-out, construction, or interior design industry is must.**:
- Experience in front desk administration and procurement,
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of fit-out materials and project timelines
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
