**Job Summary**:
Al-Kubaisi Porto Cabin is looking for an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to take up the challenge of Porto Cabin Production.

The Primary target is to reduce cabin delays, increase workplace efficiency and implement necessary work-related standards

**Responsibilities**:
1. Issuing of job orders to the necessary foreman according to cabin delivery dates.

2. Conduction of workplace inspection and maintaining factory cleanliness according to the standard.

3. Conduction of employee evaluation according to employee work assessment.

4. Ensuring workplace and tools safety according to the standards set by the factory.

5. Compiling of materials requests form from the foreman and issuing to the store in-charge.

6. Correction of work done by employees according to the work designated.

7. Report of cabin progress based on the work completed.

8. Ensuring that cabin progress is in accordance with the set deliver date.

9. Issuing of cabin drawings to the required personnel based on job orders.

10. Ensuring the foremen receive their materials according to the job order given.
- Ensuring the right items with the right quantity and the right dimensions.
- Ensuring of collecting up to standard quality materials.

11. Completion of daily reports such as job orders and work schedule for management reporting Purposes.

12. Ensuring the production process is followed by the appropriate personnel.

13. Assigning of required personnel according to the cabin delivery dates and maintenance work.

**Skill Required**:
Ø Understanding of cabin production and related work.

Ø Works included are welding, carpentry, Kirby Installations, Interior and exterior decorations, Electrical & plumbing works.

Ø Proper handling of report documents according to management requirements.

Ø Proper handing of people according to the work desired.

Ø Knowledge of cabin materials according to their specifications.

Ø Complete knowledge of cabin production sequence and cycle time.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Manufacturing work experience of 3 years or more
- Ability to speak English & Hindi proficiently and write English competently.
- Ability to speak in Arabic is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
