**Objective**
Achieve primary sales targets through planned visits and improved product line presence in the assigned areas.
**Requirement**
- Graduation with at least 2 years’ experience in FMCG Sales.
- Must have Qatar Driving License.
**Functional Responsibilities**
- Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned.
- Ensuring availability of the complete product line in the assigned market.
- Maintaining a minimum stock level in the stock rooms as well as counters of each out let.
- Maintain and report details of stock movement in each locations assigned.
- Capturing new accounts /markets.
- Keeping a tight control on the outstanding level.
- Providing maximum personal attention to avoid wastage of products.
- Timely and frequent visits to the counters.
- Maintain a working pattern within the P.J.P assigned.
- Effective handling of the company accounts assigned, especially problem solving.
- Contributing towards competitor as well as market analysis.
- Operating within the company stipulated framework.
- Right time reporting
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff (merchandisers, shelf boys) in the different outlets.
- Executing the role of merchandiser wherever applicable
**Corporate Responsibilities**
- Generate MIS reports on a regular basis as developed and agreed by the management.
- Promote group mission, vision and demonstrate corporate values.
- Ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with approved systems and procedures.
- Avoid wastage of company resources & contribute towards better environment.
- To protect company’s assets, resources, interest, image, information, data etc.
