Our client, a leading FMCG Division company in Qatar, is urgently seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to spearhead business development within the hotels, restaurants, and cafes sector (HORECA). This mid-level, field-based role is essential for driving our client's strategic growth. The successful applicant's core mission will be to acquire new HORECA clients, manage and expand existing key accounts, and consistently exceed challenging revenue and collection targets. Key responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, executing detailed account plans, utilizing market analysis for strategic adjustments, and preparing precise performance forecasts for management. The role also requires the ability to effectively control and organize a Key Accounts Sales Team (2 direct reports), collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.

To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant industry field with 2 to 5 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong preference for the FMCG or HORECA/Restaurant sector. A thorough knowledge and established contact base within the FMCG trade is mandatory. Essential competencies include strong negotiation skills, an exceptional customer focus, and proficiency in Excel for sales analytics. This opportunity is strictly for candidates currently residing in Qatar or Qatari residents only. A non-negotiable requirement for this field-based position is a valid Qatar Driver's License. The compensation package includes a competitive gross salary and eligibility for a Quarterly Bonus Scheme based on target achievement.
