**Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed mechanical cost estimates for oil and gas projects, including greenfield and brownfield developments, Plant turnaround, Tank Rehabilitation and various others
- Analyze project specifications and design drawings to determine scope requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed cost analyses and budget proposals to stakeholders.
- Evaluate project timelines, material costs, and labor requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to optimize cost solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize project overruns.
- Provide technical guidance on plant maintenance, heat exchanger management, and catalyst replacement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of estimation tools and processes.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide input on engineering modifications and improvements.
- Support the procurement process by providing insight on vendor selection and equipment specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical estimation within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven expertise in greenfield and brownfield project estimation, plant maintenance, heat exchanger, and catalyst replacement.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and engineering principles.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas sector.
