**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and attract potential clients for leasing or purchasing properties.
- **Property Tours**: Conduct property tours, showcasing features and addressing client inquiries.
- **Negotiation**: Handle lease agreements, rental terms, and sales contracts to ensure favorable outcomes.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor real estate trends to provide competitive pricing and informed advice.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage leasing documents, contracts, and reports.
- **Driving Requirements**: Use a personal car and valid driving license for property visits and client meetings.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales and leasing goals set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or leasing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software.

**Skills**:

- Customer-focused mindset.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends.

**NOTE**:
This is a commission-based job rather than a fixed salary. Specifically, you will earn 50% of the commission for each successful deal you close.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
