**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking an accomplished **F&B Service Supervisor** to elevate our luxury dining experience. In this leadership role, you will inspire service excellence across our restaurants and banquet operations while upholding our reputation for impeccable standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop service teams to deliver **5-star guest experiences**:

- Oversee daily operations including **shift planning, workflow optimization, and service coordination**:

- Maintain **exceptional presentation standards** for table setups and dining environments
- Proactively address guest needs and **resolve service challenges** with discretion
- Foster seamless collaboration between **service, kitchen, and bar teams**:

- Conduct **training sessions, performance evaluations, and team briefings**:

- Enforce **strict hygiene protocols** and safety regulations
- Support **inventory management** and operational cost control
- **4-5 years** in luxury hotels/fine-dining, including **2 years in leadership**:

- **Fluency in English** (additional languages preferred)
- Proven ability to **motivate teams** and manage high-pressure environments
- **Exceptional organizational** and problem-solving skills
- Passion for **guest satisfaction** and service innovation
