The Content Creator will also generate trending content ideas, which will be visually executed by the **design and videography team**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Content Development & Strategy**:

- Create high-quality, **SEO-optimized content**, including blog articles, LinkedIn articles, website pages, newsletters, and property listings.
- Write compelling and persuasive **property descriptions** that highlight key selling points and attract potential buyers/renters.
- Develop **engaging video scripts** for property tours, promotional videos, and client testimonials.
- Develop a **monthly content plan and strategy** for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- **Generate trending content ideas** that will be visually executed by the **designers and videographers**.
- **Create blogs and LinkedIn articles using SEO keywords** to improve search engine rankings and boost brand authority.
- Write **WhatsApp marketing messages** that are clear, concise, and persuasive to maximize lead generation and engagement.
- Craft **engaging social media captions with trending hashtags** to boost visibility and interaction.

**2) Social Media & Marketing Support**:

- Assist in developing content for **real estate brochures, presentations, and advertisements** to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Write persuasive **landing pages and website content** to increase lead generation.
- Collaborate with **videographers and designers** to ensure content ideas are effectively translated into visuals.

**3) Performance Tracking & Optimization**:

- Analyze **content performance** using tools like Google Analytics, SEO software, and social media insights.
- Optimize existing content based on **data-driven insights** to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement **A/B testing** strategies for headlines, social media captions, and content types to refine messaging effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a **Content Creator, Content Writer, or Real Estate Copywriter.**:

- Strong understanding of **real estate terminology, property marketing, and buyer psychology.**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.**:

- Exceptional **writing, editing, and storytelling skills** in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience in **SEO, keyword research, and content optimization** strategies.
- Ability to **develop monthly content plans and strategies** for various platforms.
- Experience in **writing blogs, LinkedIn articles, and WhatsApp marketing messages** using SEO keywords and persuasive language.
