If you are a dedicated culinary professional eager to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and creative kitchen environment, we invite you to join our esteemed hotel as a Commis - Cold Kitchen.

As our Commis, you will:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts, ensuring high standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.
- Work closely with the Cold Kitchen Chef and culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in all cold food offerings.
- Learn and master techniques for cold food preparation, including slicing, plating, and garnishing, under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the culinary team during service hours, including mis en place and inventory management for cold food items.
- Embrace opportunities for learning and growth, contributing to the innovation and creativity of our culinary offerings.

**Qualifications**
- A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to specialize in cold food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills under mentorship.
- Previous experience in a cold kitchen environment or culinary training is a plus but not required.
