- Work closely with the Cold Kitchen Chef and culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in all cold food offerings.
- Learn and master techniques for cold food preparation, including slicing, plating, and garnishing, under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the culinary team during service hours, including mis en place and inventory management for cold food items.
