We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Commis Chef** to join our culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our Chef de Partie and other senior chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic chef looking to advance their culinary career in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of ingredients, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Support senior chefs with various kitchen tasks and learn new techniques and recipes.
- Participate in the management of kitchen inventory, ensuring ingredients are stored and used properly.
- Contribute to the creation and presentation of dishes that meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Continuously develop your culinary skills through training and mentorship.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Commis or in a similar role is preferred.
- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Positions & Salary (Full package): Expected to join immediately.
- Commis 1 (3500 QAR)
- Commis 2 (3000 QAR)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
