**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for breakfast and cold prep.
- Prepare cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, cold entrees, and dressings.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and prep areas.
- Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).
- Communicate effectively with the team and assist other stations as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
- Assist in inventory and restocking of cold kitchen supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a breakfast cook or in a cold kitchen station (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and cold food presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Food Handler Certification (preferred or required by location).
- Willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
