Urgent Hiring for **Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil - Infrastructure & Building works)**

**Education and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimation Engineer, particularly with civil infrastructure and building works.
- Experience with Candy software is required.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must have valid qatar id and able to join immediate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and follow company estimating policies and standards.
- Use estimating software like Candy.
- Coordinate with estimating and operations staff.
- Manage tenders, ensuring all documents are complete and correct.
- Prioritize tenders based on type and deadline.
- Review plans, specifications, and requirements to grasp the project scope.
- Prepare Tender briefs and preliminary estimates using historical data.
- Identify subcontractors/suppliers and lead Request for Quotation (RFQ) preparation.
- Verify quantity take-offs and calculations.
- Review documents, identify discrepancies, and list clarifications.
- Check cost estimates for trades considering project requirements, time, quality, and efficiency.
- Respond to subcontractor/supplier queries and compare quotations.
- Analyze material prices, labor productivity, and equipment costs.
- Prepare detailed and indirect cost estimates, including site logistics and potential issues.
- Build strong subcontractor relationships.
- Propose cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
- Identify potential risks and prepare a summary report.
- Write quality proposals and presentations.
- Innovate methods to enhance project effectiveness.
- Submit the complete tender package on time.
- Maintain accurate files and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Assist the project ,cost control, and procurement team after award / in the initial phase of the project.
