Role Overview
Ooredoo is entering a new phase in its lifecycle where operational and commercial excellence has become critical for success. The urgency for change has become more heightened amidst increased competitive intensity across all markets in which Ooredoo operates. The Group's ESS transformation programme must therefore ensure the successful delivery of the transformation in context of:
- Alignment of the Program objectives with the overall Ooredoo strategy
- Rapidly changing ICT environment
- Management of executive and shareholder expectations across the OpCos throughout the transformation
- Management of employee, customer and supplier expectations
- Constant dynamics and local challenges in the economic, regulatory and legal environments
This position will work with the Ooredoo Group Leadership Team, the Opco CEOs and direct reports, the **Mgr : Contract Management **will be accountable for the successful delivery of ESS Transformation Program ensuring appropriate assurance program. The program aims to implement a unified way of working across Finance, Sourcing and Human Resources with clear roles and responsibilities that eliminates redundancy and promotes efficiency.
The role will ensure a coordinated approach throughout Ooredoo, enabling Ooredoo operations to execute their mandates effectively.
The** Mgr : Contract Management **will be responsible to ensure continuous monitoring of the program's quality and risks at a holistic program level.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- Ensure development of precise and clear SLAs, performance objectives in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Increase transparency of supplier performance and improve the service quality by developing and maintaining a performance management framework, including establishing annual goals with the supplier, developing and monitoring progress and the internal customer satisfaction
- Manage claims/issues/dispute/escalations for all contract related topics of our strategic suppliers and constantly improve the existing contracts
- Manages deliverables and budgeting to ensure program deliverables are executed according to requirements and standards set out
- Evaluates the SI delivery according to agreed upon requirements while providing ongoing improvement with action-orientated recommendations across the entire program lifecycle.
Qualification and Experience
- 10 years of Management Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Transformation experience
- Minimum 5 years in sector industry
- Work across diverse cultures and geographies
- Proven track record of business improvement
- High performing individual in a line management position, with strong standing to be perceived as peer for most management levels
- Understanding of functional areas and/or products associated with specific initiative
- Ability to drive change management work stream in a project context with limited guidance
- Sound business judgment to ensure cultural aspirations are well integrated in performance improvement activities
- Sufficient financial knowledge to understand business cases and consequences on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and one to one training
- High level of energy and creativity for transformation, willingness to go the extra mile
