**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be a pivotal driver in expanding our market presence and acquiring new clients within the manpower outsourcing domain. Your strategic expertise, business acumen, and passion for cultivating lasting client relationships will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, nurturing relationships to understand their staffing needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and initiatives to bolster brand visibility.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles within the manpower outsourcing or staffing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of workforce solutions, industry trends, and client dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Sales/Marketing analytics tools.
