Our **Events and Exhibition Company** is currently looking for **Office Manager**.
- Plan, organized, coordinate, and direct special events.
- Acts as event liaison between client and vendors, donors, etc.
- Generate all correspondence to internal and external communications
- Develop concepts and designs, and coordinate mailings of promotional materials and invitations, and direct logístical planning.
- Support coordination of marketing & social media platforms.
- Maintain records on event activities, progress, status, and post event summary.
- Attend event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned.
- Develop and maintain an extensive network of contact both internal and external, to facilitate event coordination.
- To update calendar activities on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the clients point of contact for meeting locations and schedules and etc.
- Represent the company in a very professional way.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience working as an Office Manager in events and exhibition company.
- Good coordination skills and experiences.
- Proficient in using Microsoft software.

With valid Qatar ID with NOC
