We are urgently looking for a Welfare and Accommodation Coordinator for a critical project:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Should have Qatari Driving License.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of all welfare measures at the assigned project and at worker’s accommodation.
- Conduct routine audits and assessments to determine how well administrative and welfare programs are working. To consistently enhance procedures and efforts, keep up with market changes and best practices in administration and welfare.
- Supervision for Housekeeping (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding)
- Monitoring personnel movement, including transfers, vacations, and departures.
- Periodic checking and preventive maintenance of kitchen and other equipment.
- Preventive maintenance and repair of washing machines, dryers, and iron in the laundry.
- To follow the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan.
- To be able to carry out all tasks/assignments in a timely manner (meeting deadlines) carefully.
- Looking after all camp aspects in terms of customer service, maintenance, operation.
- Verify and check compliances of camp on a day-to-day basis.
- Rooms allotments as per company procedure, accommodation for new arrivals.
- Checking rooms every day (for absence or sickness) keeps record.

**Experience**:

- Welfare and Accommodation coordinator: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (required)
