About the Role

As a Senior Product Delivery Agent, you will be responsible to conduct meticulous Cabin Product Quality checks of both interior and exterior appearance of the aircraft, ensuring adherence to cleaning and presentation standards within the designated zone. This role entails comprehensive monitoring of cleaning operations, providing guidance to cleaning teams and rectifying any discrepancies to uphold the highest aircraft cleanliness standards.
- Accountable to perform conformance checks on cabin appearance operations in line with customer airline requirement and standards.
- Perform detailed Cabin Product Quality checks covering all areas of the aircraft (both internal and external) including cabin seating areas, lavatories, galleys and overhead compartments.
- Responsible to record the cabin Product Quality checks accurately and prepare comprehensive reports to be shared with Product Delivery Specialist outlining any discrepancies or areas for improvements.
- Collaborate with Cabin cleaning staff and Cabin Line Management to address identified issues and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and consistently uphold high standards of Aircraft cleanliness and sanitation.
- Conduct regular inspections of delivered products to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations including process, procedures, chemicals and materials utilized for aircraft cleaning.
- Ensure that any operational issues are promptly reported to the Line Manager, with necessary requirements communicated to shift supervisors and QR Technical Engineers to ensure on time performance.
- Remain impartial and demonstrate complete transparency when reporting any discrepancies and promptly escalates those findings to the Product Delivery Specialist to implement corrective actions immediately.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
To be succesful in the role, we are looking for the below mentioned experience and skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalen**t**:

- Minimum 1 years of job-related experience
- 2 year of experience in Customer Experience or Product Quality in any of Hospitality industry
- Command of English language
- Hospitality Quality Control Checks Experience
- Auditing Skills
- Strong mentoring skills
- Report Writing experience
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members and over different departments

Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in an Aviation/Airline Quality Management environment with responsibility of customer and passenger experience
- Experience in quality audits knowledge with reference to product and delivery
- Hospitality Quality Management System Knowledge
