As a Key Account Manager (KAM) - GCC, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key retail accounts across GCC countries excluding the UAE, such as **Qatar**, **Oman, Bahrain, KSA, and Kuwait**. You will act as the main liaison for clients in these regions, driving sales performance, and building lasting partnerships. This role plays a strategic part in enhancing brand presence and contributing to the company’s commercial growth in international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow all strategic retail accounts across **GCC markets excluding the UAE** (e.g., **Qatar**, **Oman, Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait**) in consumer electronics, lifestyle, and other relevant segments.
- Develop a strong understanding of each market’s client needs and align product offerings to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional retail buyers, category managers, and merchandisers.
- Execute tailored sell-in and sell-through strategies across the GCC region to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Monitor account performance, stock levels, and POS execution across markets to ensure optimal availability and placement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, export, marketing, and finance) to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery across countries.
- Track and report on regional sales performance, market forecasts, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on localized promotional calendars and in-store activations.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and credit terms in line with company policy and market conditions.
- Stay updated on regional market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in key account management or regional sales, preferably within **GCC countries outside the UAE**, in the retail distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the GCC retail landscape, particularly in **consumer electronics, lifestyle, or FMCG** categories.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-country retail accounts and achieving regional sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with cultural sensitivity across markets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
