**Job Summary**:
We are **Dr. Scent**, a leading company specializing in smart air freshening solutions and air quality care. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Key Account Executive - Corporate** to support and manage relationships with our corporate clients. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and help deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support daily operations and communication with assigned corporate accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and resolve issues
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for corporate clients
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and account details
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Help manage contract renewals, invoicing, and documentation
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status to the team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in account coordination, sales support, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset
