Clinical Applications Specialist I - Clinical Molecular Biology/Microbiology

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology or related science.
- Experience: minimum of 2+ years experience in Molecular Biology field. Experience related to PCR Workflow and Techniques, Automation Systems, Electrophoresis & Blotting including imaging, NGS Workflow & Techniques, NGS QC Workflow, DNA/ RNA Extraction, and Sanger Sequencing Workflow.
- Job Specific Skills: Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Good English - Good presentation skills.

Market Knowledge:

- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.
- Analyze market trends to identify new products in the market and understanding their advantages and disadvantages.
- Conduct regular visits to all our customers to ensure quality service and inform the team about sales leads.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events
- Responsible for initiating, managing, and resolving customer complaints and suggestions. Will also determine if a complaint needs to be escalated for further investigation requiring the expertise of other departments.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SALS/MARKETING: 2 years (required)
- SALES / MARKETING: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- ENGLISH (required)
