We are looking for an experienced Bakery Chef with expertise in croissants, sourdough, and baguettes to join our catering team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about artisanal baking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of croissants, sourdough bread, and baguettes for catered events, ensuring all products meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to design and execute customized baked goods for a wide range of catering events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private parties.
- Manage the baking process, including dough preparation, fermentation, lamination, proofing, and baking.
- Ensure all baked goods are freshly made and delivered on time for events.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to expand our bakery offerings and meet client demands.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and event planners to ensure a smooth workflow for all catered events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a professional bakery or catering environment.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, specializing in croissants, sourdough, and baguettes.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and artisanal baking techniques, including dough lamination, fermentation, and proofing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure catering environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative and innovative approach to recipe development and menu planning.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking and pastry arts.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
