**Job Title: Business Rules Administrator - Time & Attendance Management**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Shift Management**:
- Oversee and manage shift allocations and schedules for employees.
- **Rostering / Scheduling**:
- Create and manage employee rosters and schedules based on business requirements and operational needs.
- **T&A Policy Management**:
- Develop and manage time and attendance policies to ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance.
- **T&A Rules Assignment**:
- Assign appropriate time and attendance rules to employees based on job roles, locations, or other relevant factors.
- **Time Keeping and Time Sheet Management**:
- Manage the accurate tracking of employee work hours and ensure the timely preparation and submission of timesheets.
- **Biometric Devices Registration and Management**:
- Oversee the registration, maintenance, and management of biometric devices for accurate employee time tracking.
- **Time Sheet Preparation**:
- Prepare timesheets using data from biometric devices, ensuring the accuracy of recorded work hours.
- **HRMS and Time and Attendance Software**:
- Utilize HRMS or time and attendance software to manage employee data, track attendance, and generate reports.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve grievances and issues related to attendance data and reports, working closely with employees and management to ensure accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in time and attendance management, specifically with biometric devices and HRMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping, shift management, and rostering/scheduling.
- Experience in solving issues related to attendance data, timesheets, and reports.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle discrepancies or issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
