**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain continuous communication with the customer to track and understand the vessel schedule and any changes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to arrange the required number of trucks for loading/unloading operations.
- Review and analyze the packing list to determine the number of trips required for cargo transport.
- Evaluate the Stewage plan to advise the operations team on the number of trucks needed for effective operation and cargo transport.
- Continuously monitor the cargo discharging sequence, ensuring smooth planning and dispatching of trucks for loading operations.
- Inspect cargo for any visible damages during the discharging process and provide updates to the vessel agent for necessary action.
- Work closely with the Safety team to ensure the drivers are properly advised on the lashing of the cargo and ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Required Experience**:

- **Minimum of 3-5 years** of experience in vessel operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in coordinating cargo handling and truck logistics for vessel operations.
- Strong understanding of cargo discharging, Stewage planning, and trucking requirements.
- Proven track record of working with operations and safety teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Education Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in cargo handling or vessel operations (e.g., IMO, STCW) would be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics or vessel operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze and plan effectively based on operational requirements
- Knowledge of cargo handling and safety protocols
