Senior HR Generalist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic HR Support**
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, practices, and legal matters
- Support organizational development and HR planning aligned with business goals
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for mid
- and senior-level roles
- Develop talent pipelines and assist department heads in hiring strategies
**Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution**
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disciplinary matters professionally
**Performance Management**
- Lead the performance appraisal process and advise managers on performance improvement plans
- Identify areas for employee development and facilitate relevant training programs
**Policy Implementation & Compliance**
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with Qatari labor law
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files
- Oversee adherence to company code of conduct and ethics
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Support payroll accuracy and benefits administration
- Recommend competitive compensation structures based on market benchmarks
**HR Administration & Reporting**
- Manage HR systems and HRIS databases
- Prepare reports and HR analytics for management decision-making
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum **5-7 years of progressive HR experience** (preferably in Qatar or the GCC)
- In-depth knowledge of **Qatar Labor Law** and regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- **Immediate availability is a must**:
- **Must have a valid QID and transferable NOC**
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
