**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused **Female Sales Coordinator** to become an integral part of our fast-growing printing and promotional products company. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order completion.
**Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Support**
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable printing techniques and promotional gift items
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, order confirmations, and after-sales communication
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with clients to encourage repeat business
**Sales Coordination**
- Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Track and update the status of ongoing orders and communicate updates to clients
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents
- Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance summaries
**Administrative & CRM Management**
- Maintain updated client databases, price lists, and order records
- Manage stock levels of promotional products and printed materials
- Record customer feedback and assist in resolving any post-sale issues or complaints
- Support the marketing team with product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and trade show participation
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**: Female
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role; experience in the printing or gifting industry is highly desirable
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- **Computer Skills**:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (optional but a plus)
