**Job Title: Camp Boss**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **confident, strong, and assertive Camp Boss** to oversee the daily operations of our labor camp. The Camp Boss is responsible for maintaining discipline, health, safety, and well-being of all camp occupants, ensuring smooth functionality, proper accommodations, and compliance with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all camp facilities
- Ensure **strict discipline and order** within the camp, addressing disputes, misconduct, or violation of regulations in a firm and constructive manner.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitary standards in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
- Allocate accommodations and resources efficiently, optimizing space and utility while honoring fairness and dignity for all workers.
- Maintain a daily record of occupants, routines, complaints, and repairs or maintenance issues, and submit reports to upper management in a timely manner.
- Handle interpersonal issues and conflict resolution directly and decisively, employing fairness, discretion, and a strong but empathetic approach.
- Monitor food quality, storage, inventories, and waste disposal to avoid health hazards and promote a hygienic living environment.
- Support new workers’ onboarding and orientation, ensuring they follow camp routines and regulations.
- Liaise with other department supervisors to align camp operations with the company's operational goals.
- Implement emergency procedures and manage crisis situations (fire, health emergencies, disputes) promptly and safely.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** as a Camp Boss or in a similar role with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to command **respect and discipline** while treating individuals with fairness, dignity, and discretion.
- Firm but empathetic character — able to balance discipline with understanding and care for the well-being of camp occupants.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitary regulations related to labor accommodations.
- Ability to handle conflict, solve problems under pressure, and make tough decisions when needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a culturally diverse workforce.
- Basic administrative skills (record-keeping, incident reports, inventories, schedules).
- Willingness to reside within the camp if required.
