**IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT**

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **Camp Boss Assistant / Camp Boss Helper** to support camp operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all camp facilities.

**JOB TYPE**: Full Time

**WORKING HOURS**: 12 hours/day

**ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION**: Provided By the Company.

**Food**: Provided By the Company.

**LOCATION**: (Doha) Qatar

**PAY RANGE**: To be discussed

**LANGUAGE**: English (required)

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

**COMPUTER SKILLS**: Good Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)

**Experience**: Previous experience in camp operations or hospitality is preferred.

NOC Requirements: Required

Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist the Camp Boss in managing daily camp activities and staff coordination.
- Support in supervising housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Help monitor meal service, food quality, and dining hall cleanliness.
- Report any issues related to camp facilities, equipment, or manpower.
- Assist in maintaining records such as attendance, inventory, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with workers and respond to camp-related concerns promptly.
- Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized camp environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in camp operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions from Camp Boss.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
