**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver interactive training sessions (online or in-person) in **Arabic and English** covering:

- Hardware and networking fundamentals
- Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Mobile devices, virtualization, and cloud concepts
- Troubleshooting, security, and operational procedures
- Adapt training materials and labs for Arabic-speaking learners.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and exam preparation support for CompTIA A+ certification.
- Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock exams.
- Stay updated with the latest CompTIA objectives and IT support trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent Arabic speaker - mandatory**.
- CompTIA A+ certified (Core 1 & Core 2).
- Minimum [X years] of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Availability for part-time training sessions (evenings/weekends).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Additional IT certifications such as Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with blended/virtual learning platforms.
