**About the Job**

As Planning and Scheduling Manager under Cabin Services, you will be responsible in managing and overseeing the planning and scheduling processes for Cabin Services Instructors' roster, including activities related to managing the daily operations.

You will be monitoring, coordinating and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the uninterrupted and compliant training plan of Cabin Crew.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Cabin Services Training Planning team.
- Evaluate and propose strategies to optimise training footprints, resource allocation, instructor upskill and associated logistics that helps in the facilitation of training.
- Develop KPIs and objectives for Cabin Services Training Planning team.
- Assess infrastructure requirements pertaining to classrooms, mockup facilities, door training device and propose strategies to facilitate optimum utilization.
- Regularly assess, enhance, and update the instructor training SOP manuals to incorporate the latest procedures, information and ensure accurate guidelines are maintained for seamless daily operations.
- Engage and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination, thereby maintaining continuity in Cabin Crew training plans while adhering to compliance standards.
- Oversee and manage the timely publication of monthly rosters for Cabin Services instructors, monitor the upskilling plan for instructors to maintain optimum resource levels through the year.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between the Cabin Services Training Planning team and various other stakeholder departments with the organization.
- Encourage and advocate for best practices that enhance efficiency, quality and satisfaction in relation to the instructor’s roster.
- Develop reports for roster analyses and recommend actions, strategies to minimize the disruptions.
- Ensure response to queries and requests raised by training management and staff regarding assigned trainings, working hours, leaves, duty swaps and other related inquiries.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**Qualifications**

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related or High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or equivalent with minimum 7 years of job-related experience
- Experience in Cabin Crew/Instructors roster management/training planning or Crew control/Rostering
- Experience in a diverse work environment or an international airline
- Highly proficient in Ms Office Applications
- Excellent command of business English language.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills and foster teamwork.
- This position will be based in Doha, Qatar.
