The **Senior Projects Analyst** supports the successful delivery of strategic projects across a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role focuses on tracking project progress, analysing performance, and ensuring governance standards are followed. Working closely with project managers and leadership, the analyst helps maintain visibility across the project portfolio, contributes to business case development, and ensures timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Monitoring**: Track progress and performance of ongoing projects using dashboards and reports
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse project data to identify trends, gaps, or risks and support data-driven decision-making
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain project records and create clear reports and presentations for management
- **Business Case Support**: Assist in preparing business cases, benefit tracking, and financial justifications for proposed projects
- **Collaboration**: Work with teams across the division to gather inputs, coordinate deliverables, and support alignment with PMO standards
- **Process Improvement**: Help enhance internal reporting processes and tools for better project visibility

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
- Comfortable working with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of project management principles and governance frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
- Organised, deadline-driven, and analytical in approach

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project analysis, business development, or product/service delivery
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred
