**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our flower shop, gift, and chocolate tray business through business-to-business (B2B) sales. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, promoting our products, and contributing to our overall sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Sales:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients to establish new business relationships.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of corporate clients to recommend suitable flower arrangements, gifts, and chocolate trays.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure new accounts and maintain existing partnerships.
2. Field Sales:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present our product offerings and value proposition.
- Travel within Doha to meet with clients, deliver samples, and build rapport.
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance while representing our brand.
3. Phone Sales:
- Perform phone-based sales activities to reach out to prospects, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an accurate record of client interactions and sales activities.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our flower arrangements, gift items, and chocolate trays to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product trends and seasonal offerings.
5. Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth and work towards expanding the client base.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and a willingness to use a personal vehicle for travel.
- Knowledge of the Doha market and its corporate landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
