**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **English and Arabic** (spoken & written)
- Minimum **2 years of administrative or secretarial experience**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
